Strategies

Small Street in Japan

Japan Hospitality

We invest primarily in limited service hotel properties at a discount to market, in prime locations, with solid operations. Seeking core-plus returns but with core-like risk.

Hong Kong Hospitality

Due to dislocations arising from COVID-19, and the global macro & geopolitical situation, we believe that this is a great time to invest in Hong Kong, which has been one of the most expensive and dynamic real estate markets in Asia. Typical investment would involve deal structuring to achieve downside protection, while participating in upside potential.
