Trivium is an Asia Pacific real estate investment and asset management firm with on-the-ground presence across Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan.
Trivium is a Latin word meaning “the meeting of three paths,” symbolising connection, clarity and disciplined thinking. In our real estate strategy, it reflects how we systematically connect three core dimensions: capital, assets and users. We focus on uncovering mispriced opportunities, then applying data-driven asset management and thoughtful design to align investor objectives with end-user needs.
